5) The gluing system adopts environment-friendly water-soluble cold glue (hot-melt glue system is also available) with adjustable glue thickness, so as to save glue and lower costs effectively.

6) Its computer is controlled by PLC system, with variable frequency speed control and man-computer interaction for the operation interface, allowing easy operation and adjustment for operators.

7) The display screen is 7-inch LCD fromTaiwan.

8) Electrical components for the main low-voltage control part of the whole machine adopt imported ones with brands such as Omron, TOSHIBA, SCHNEIDER, and German MOELLER.

9) This machine can realize automatic detection of double sheets and slanting sheets, so as to reduce product waste during the production process and ensure high-speed operation of the machine.

Easy and quick plate change mode (the adjustment of the position of conveying pressing roller for paper bag size and the adjustment of the position of accordion-folding die plate are included ), so as to ensure high efficiency of production

The characteristics of the product

KL-1100B handbag forming machine feeds die-cut single-sheet paper to make bag tube.

It features a continuous function of automatic paper delivery(by feeder), line aligning(by front guide and side guide), gluing(by water-soulble glue box), automatic tube folding, impressing (by steel rollers)and bag tube output.

It adopts water-soluble glue which has no harm to the environment.

(Equipped with hot-melt spray gun system can be optional)
