The OEM International Truck Radiator manufacturing process typically includes the following steps.

Design: Based on the customer's needs and the truck manufacturer's specifications, the designer will create the initial design of the radiator, including its dimensions, materials, piping and construction.

Material Preparation: Next, the manufacturer will prepare the materials that will be used to manufacture the radiator.

Production Piping: Prior to manufacturing the radiator, the manufacturer will need to produce the piping, which is the pipe that carries the coolant from the truck engine to the radiator and back.
