Quality Product and Services

Our vertically integrated manufacturing system gives us complete quality control over every step of the conduit fittings production process, from raw materials and component processing, assembly through packaging.

We carefully select raw materials for all our manufacturing processes.

Materials such as steel, malleable iron, brass or zinc alloy are required to meet our very high standards of approval before being processed on the plant floor.

Driflex quality finished products always begin with quality materials.

All purchased component parts must also meet or exceed Driflex's engineering specifications and drawings.

Whether it is screws, bolts or boxes, we want to be able to insure the component always meets and satisfies our customers' needs.

Our state-of-the-art automatic assembly equipment tests all important fittings characteristics.

These include screws driven to correct depth and torque, locknuts threaded to the shoulder of the fittings (to prevent being lost during shipping), compression hex nuts properly assembled to body with gland ring in place, and smooth reaming and chamfering for ease in wire pulling.

Every test is also carefully executed for ensuring the maximum safety and best quality.
