Rubber Ozone Aging Tester-Ozone Aging Tester is suitable for aging crack test of non-metallic materials and rubber products, mainly used to test the ozone aging resistance of rubber and its products.

Fundamental:

Products such as vulcanized rubber, thermoplastic rubber, and cable insulation sheaths are exposed to airtight air with a constant ozone concentration in the absence of light under static stretching or continuous dynamic stretching deformation, or under intermittent dynamic stretching and static stretching deformation.

In the air and constant temperature test chamber, the degree of cracking or other performance changes on the surface of the sample is detected to evaluate the ozone aging resistance of the rubber.
