mdr 121 s is the product for concrete which is

designed to improve mechanical properties of

concrete like workability and early strength by

reducing water/cement ratio especialy in hot weather

conditions

application area:

• it could be use with pump and with no pump

• it could be use with all kinds of concrete production

either reinforced and unreinforced and normal weight

& lightweight

advantages:

• compare to unreinforced concrete decreases w/c

ratio

• compared with unreinforced concrete, improve

early and final strength

• provides easy workability and reduces the risk of

separation

• at high temperature air condition, provides

excellent out of the concrete surface of the mold.

density : 1.10 – 1.16 gr/cm

dosage of use:

mdr 121 sin the proportion from %0.4 to%0.8 of the

total binding amount.

application method:

aggregate and binder (cement-micro silica fly ash)

should be mix together until having a homogeneous

mixture.

first % 70 of necessary water should be

added into to dry mixture.

then remaining water and

mdr 121 s should be added togather to the rest of

the mixture and mixed until enough.

storage and expiring date:

it should be stored from +5 c to +50 c ambient

temperature.

expiring date is 12 months.

compatibility with other additives:

mdr 121 s is compatible and can be used together

with all concrete additives.

1000 kg ibc tank and bulk
