This resin binder system is available with core shooter for automatic production, or manually making the mold and core, or facing sand, backing sand using cooperatively with water glass CO₂ sand.

Proper strength of sand mold, pick out of the box, 2 hours later close the mold and pour, gain high productivity.

Low content of free phenol and free formaldehyde in the resin, less influence on the working environment.
