HY-EN series automatic gas mixer is a device professional for two or more gases mix by a setting proportion.

It consists metal rotor flow meter, mass flowmeter, automatic regulating valve, gas component analysis instrument, mixer and control system.

The gas mixer is popular b four features: "advanced process, great dynamic performance, speed response, high proportion acuracy".

Auto Gas Mixer's Three Control Mode:

1, Single closed-loop control

Taking the sample of gas content bu analytical instrument, to control automatic diaphragm control valves, regulators with the flow of the components by intelligent program controller.

Applies to the occasion that the gas content is relatively stable.

Simple process, low cost.

The proportion is 1~25%, the accuracy up to ±1%.

2, By measuring the mixture of meter rotor flow meter through the multi-component gas flow, according to the proportion of PLC control quality, scale, automatic regulation flow controller for multi-component of the product gas with gas content sampling, automatic, correction of the control parameters.

Applies to the occasion that the amount of mixture often change component content and high requirements on component, Advantages: Fully automatic control, fast response, the component easily change.

The proportion is 1~25%, the accuracy up to ±0.05%.

3, The gas radio control realized by two stable flow rate of the mixed gas in a stable differential pressure.

The airflow through the orifice and the needle valve to enter the mixing of the mixing chamber and fed into the buffer tank.

When the buffer rank pressure rises to its control switch limit, the components of the gas through closed off into the air intake solenoid valves.

With the constant using mixture, buffer tank pressure decreases, reaching its control lower limit, open the inlet valve of each component gases, the air current into the valves and automatic cycle.

Applies to stable flow and ratio accuracy is not high occasion.
