3G Three screw/spindle pump

3G three screw pump is a positive displacement rotor pump.

The spiral mesh with each other of the active screw and driven screw and the cooperation of three-hole surface from the bushing make inlet and outlet of pump form the dynamic seal chambers.

The dynamic seal chambers will continue to bring the liquid by the pump inlet axial movement to pump outlet and make the pumped liquids booster step by step.

Thus forming a continuous, stable and axial movement of pressure liquids.

3G three screw pump is used to pump various lubricating liquids without solid particles, non-corrosive oil and similar liquid, the liquid viscosity of 1.2~100°E (3.0~ 760CST), high viscosity liquid can also be transported by heating to reduce viscosity.

Flow range 0.2~590m3/h, working pressure up to 100bar, temperature up to 150℃.

Features:

1 - Simple structure: the pump itself is only composed of three screws, but there are a variety of structures formed, generally for small flow, 0.2-6.5m3/h pump, pump body and bushing is for a horizontal installation as the whole part and shaft seal is for mechanical seal.

For medium flow rate pump, pump bushing as a separate part is fixed in the pump body.

For large flow rate pump, the pump is made into double suction structure.

The shaft has two kinds of mechanical seal and packing seal according to the conveying medium.

The motor of Marine pump is ac Marine motor.

2, long life: the active screw of three screw pump is driven by the motor.

There is a layer of oil film between the active screw and the driven screw, and between the screw and the bushing, because the mechanical friction of the pump is very small, the service life is long.

3, the liquid in the pump has axial uniform linear motion, so the pressure pulsation is small, flow stability, low noise, because of the rotating part of the inertia is small, the starting torque and vibration is very small.

4, High suction capacity.

5, in order to ensure the safety of pump, motor and pipeline system, medium flow rate screw pump is with safety valve, when the pressure exceeds the set pressure of safety valve, high pressure oil will flow back to the pump inlet.
