Diaphragm metering pump uses the specially designed and processed flexible diaphragm to replace the piston, and realizes reciprocating movement under the action of the driving mechanism to complete the inhalation-discharge process.

Because of the isolation effect of the diaphragm, the isolation between the measured fluid and the driving lubrication mechanism is really realized in the structure.

Metering pump according to the hydraulic end is divided into plunger type and diaphragm type two categories.

There are two kinds of flow regulation of metering pump.

The first is to change the plunger stroke length of the pump (the best relative stroke length is 30-100%), which can be adjusted during shutdown or operation.

The other is to use the frequency converter to change the input power frequency to adjust the pump speed, so as to achieve automatic control, program control and remote control of flow regulation.

The metering pump is suitable for conveying the liquids with temperature of -30 ~ 100℃, viscosity of 0.3 ~ 800mm2/s without solid particles.

The metering pump has the advantage of no leakage, so it is suitable for conveying flammable, explosive, volatile, strong corrosion, radioactive, highly toxic, suspension and expensive liquid.

In particular, the diaphragm metering pump with alarm device can send an alarm within 2 seconds after the rupture of the diaphragm, ensuring the safety of the operator and the process.
