DLY vertical immersible multi-stage centrifugal oil pump is a special type of multi-stage centrifugal pump.

It is widely used in oil production plants, refineries, power plants, to convey the oils (Crude oil, gasoline, diesel oil).

The motor adopts vertical explosion-proof type, which rotates counterclockwise from the motor end.

The medium is sucked axially from the bottom and spit out horizontally.

Easy to install, it is suitable for outdoor installation.

The axial force is mainly borne by the balance drum, and the thrust ball bearing is set to balance the residual axial force.

The shaft seal adopts labyrinth throttling decompression and packing seal to ensure no leakage at the sealing place.

A small amount of liquid is discharged from the overflow pipe back to the suction tank.

Vertical explosion-proof motor with EXdIIBT4 explosion-proof grade is adopted, which has excellent explosion-proof performance.

It can work in oil tanks without building pump room and can be used outdoors.

Significantly reduce infrastructure investment and operating costs.

Bronze impeller is immersible in liquids.

No irrigation pump is required to start.

Pump shaft seal adopts excellent mechanical seal.

Pump and motor is for the direct transmission by elastic shaft coupling.
