Filter press feed pump is used to convey corrosive liquids or slurry with particles in the filter press process.

The liquid temperature range: -10℃ to 110℃.

The pumps are widely used in chemical, petroleum, starch, pharmaceutical, dye, paint, smelting, papermaking, electroplating, electric power, food and other industries.

Mechanical seal adopts negative pressure device.

Under the condition of increasing pressure and decreasing flow rate, the liquid is transported for a long time.

The mechanical seal shall not bear the working pressure to ensure that the mechanical seal will never leak.

Side suction type and open impeller

YLB type low speed filter press feed pump is for transporting slurry containing larger granularity or have been designed for sand pulp.

The low speed large flow pump is with axial inlet and radial exports to ensure that the larger sand particles enter the pump cavity through open impeller and are discharged out immediately.

The open impeller has wear-resisting and is not clogged.

According to the pumped medium, the pump can be made of different materials such as 304, 304L, 316L, duplex stainless steel, F46, fluoroplastic alloy, UHMWPE and other materials with different mechanical seals for the acid and alkali solvent transport.
