Fuel oil /lubricant oil circulation gear pump

YCB Series circle arc gear oil pump is suitable to transfer various lubricant oils and other liquids similar to lubricant oils without solid grain and fiber and oil viscosity is 5-1500CST.

Pump material: cast iron/steel (For oils which temperatures are not higher than 80 degree celsius) and stainless steel (For oils which temperatures are not higher than 200 degree celsius and corrosive liquids and drinks and oils etc without lubricant.

And stainless steel pump with bronze gears can be used for liquids with low flash point such as gasolene and benzene etc.

YCB gear pump can be matched normal motor and explosion-proof motor.

Structure character:

YCB Series circle arc gear pump is consisited of gear, shaft and pump casing, safe valve, mechanical seal for shaft end etc.

Gear has high rigidity and intension after heating treatment.

Gear and shaft are set in replacing shaft sleeve and operate together.

Lubricant for all parts in pump can be finished on discharged medium by themselves when pump works.

Reasonable designs in release oil and reture oil groove can let pump support minimum torsion force in operation of pump.

So load and abrasion for bearing is very little and efficiency of pump is high.

Pump is designed with safe valve is 5 times as discharge pressure of pump and can be ajdusted in allowed range.

The safe valve can not work as relief valve for long time.

Otherwise safe valve onto pipeline should be set.

Viewed from shaft to pump end, pump is clockwise rotation.

Application:

YCB Series circle arc gear oil pump is used to transfer lubricant oil and booster in oil system and transfer and booster and injection in fuel oil system and used as hydraulic pump in hydraulic drive systerm etc.
