FUH Corrosion resistant and wear-resistant engineering plastic slurry pump

FUH series engineering plastic pumps are horizontal, single stage, single suction, and bracket centrifugal pumps.

The flow passage components of the pumps are made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), which has excellent corrosion resistance, excellent wear resistance (among various plastics), and strong impact resistance.

The seals of FUH series engineering plastic pumps adopt mechanical seal, dynamic seal, packing seal and other sealing forms, which can not only transport acid-base clear liquid, but also transport slurry containing solid particles and sewage containing various impurities, especially in the transport of corrosive liquid containing fine particles and the transport of hydrofluoric acid, Hexafluorosilicic acid, phosphoric acid, mixed acid, electrolyte, hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, concentrated alkali and other aspects, showing excellent performance.

The applicable temperature of the pump is -50 to 100 degrees Celsius.

After replacing the impeller and pump body of other engineering plastics (Polyvinylidene fluoride PVDF, polyfluoroethylene propylene, chlorinated polyether), the applicable temperature can reach 120 degree Celsius.

Application

1 - FUH series engineering plastic centrifugal pumps are mainly used in various liquids such as acids, alkalis, salts, oils, food and beverages, and alcoholic beverages.

2 - Specifically applied to various sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, alkali, oil and other clear liquid or slurry positions in the chemical industry;

3 - Various acids, slurries, slurries (used with filter presses), electrolytes, sewage, and other media in the non-ferrous smelting industry, especially in wet smelting of lead, zinc, gold, silver, copper, cobalt, tungsten, rare earth, etc;

4 - Dilute acid (for pickling process), mother liquor, hydrofluoric acid, Hexafluorosilicic acid, seawater, phosphoric acid slurry and other media in the fertilizer industry;

5 - Various types of wastewater in water treatment and environmental protection industries (such as food wastewater, electroplating wastewater, leather wastewater, pharmaceutical wastewater, papermaking wastewater, textile wastewater, electronic wastewater, etc.

) and desulfurization and dust removal;

6 - Sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid positions in the pickling system of the steel industry; Acid hydrolysis, sedimentation, freezing, hydrolysis, water washing, and salt treatment in the titanium dioxide industry; Acid stations in the chemical fiber industry;

7 - Citric acid fermentation, neutralization, pressure filtration, waste water and Ferrous manganese industry.
