FZB horizontal Fluoroplastic self-priming centrifugal pump
The wet flow parts of FZB Self-priming centrifugal pump (pump case, impeller, pump cover etc.
) are made of fluoroplastic (F46) or ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber (UHMWPE).
The pump has self-priming function, it can pump the liquid below the installation position of the pump.
Suction height is for 2meters to 4meters.
The shaft seal adopts the advanced bellows mechanical seal with external installation.
The static ring : alumina ceramic (or silicon nitride), the dynamic ring: PTFE filling material.
For conveying medium containing impurity particles, the pump can be equipped with no cooling water single end face hard to hard (silicon carbide to silicon carbide) mechanical seal.
The self-priming pump has the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, no aging, high mechanical strength, smooth operation, advanced and reasonable structure, strict and reliable sealing performance, convenient disassembly and maintenance, long service life and so on.
