A49 High chromium alloy slurry pump for industry and mining.
ZJ type pump is a single stage single suction centrifugal slurry pump.
The pump body adopts a double shell structure inside and outside.
The pump shell is vertically split.
As required, the water outlet position of the pump can be rotated at an interval of 45 degrees for 8 different angles for installation and use.
This series of products are characterized by high efficiency, energy saving, low vibration, low noise, reliable operation, long service life, and convenient maintenance.
It can be widely used in power, metallurgy, coal, building materials and other industries to transport slurry containing solid particles.
For example, hydraulic ash removal in the thermal power plant, slurry transportation in metallurgical concentrator, coal slurry and heavy medium transportation in coal washing plant, etc.
The maximum allowable slurry weight concentration CW is 45% for ash (slag) slurry and coal slurry, and 60% for ore slurry and heavy medium.
