LSB type high-temperature sulfuric acid submerged pump is mainly used for the transportation of high-temperature concentrated sulfuric acid media and is compatible with all other application fields of submerged pumps.

Its performance and size comply with DIN24256/ISO2858 standards, with a high degree of universality and convenient disassembly and maintenance

The flow components of LSB sulfuric acid submerged pumps are made of IMRC-1 (lewmet-55) alloy and 20 alloy, while the rest are made of special corrosion-resistant cast iron to further extend the pump's service life.

Different sulfuric acid temperatures and concentrations are available: corrosion-resistant alloy, Lewmet55, Lewmet75, SS920, 20 # alloy, K alloy, 20CB3, 2520, 904L, and other materials.

The special sealing method can transport 105 ℃ niacin and 220 ℃ waste heat recovery ultra-high temperature sulfuric acid pumps.

Suitable for sulfuric acid production from sulfur, sulfuric acid production from pyrite, waste acid recovery, flue gas desulfurization recovery, sulfur recovery, and sulfuric acid transportation in other devices.

Structural characteristics LSB submerged pump is a vertical single stage single suction centrifugal pump, mainly composed of pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, bottom plate, intermediate connecting pipe, outlet pipe, seal, bearing, coupling and other components.

The axial thrust is mainly balanced by the back blades of the impeller.

The remaining axial force and rotor weight are supported by rolling bearings.

The pump can fully utilize its suction height, and increasing the suction pipe can increase the insertion depth of the pump unit.

But before starting, the liquid level must be above the centerline of the impeller.

Rotation: From the motor to the pump end, it rotates counterclockwise.
