Htb Zk Centrifugal Ceramic Lining Slurry Pump - China

HTB-ZK series corrosion-resistant anti-abrasion ceramic pump is a single stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pump.

The pump body and cover are made of acid-resistant ceramics with good corrosion resistance and wear resistance, externally used cast iron as armor.

Impeller material is engineering ceramics or engineering plastics.

HTB-ZK pump has good corrosion resistance, compact structure, tight shaft seal, no pollution medium, easy installation and maintenance, reliable use and other characteristics and the use range is very wide.

Features:

Pump flow: 5 to 240m3/h

head: 10 ~ 60m, shaft seal structure adopts back blade decompression combined with fluorine rubber oil seal ring or auxiliary impeller centrifugal seal.

HTB-ZK ceramic lining centrifugal chemical pump is suitable to convey all kinds of corrosive media containing suspended solid particles except hydrofluoric acid and hot concentrated lye.

Operating temperature is less than 100℃(the operating temperature of the engineering plastic impeller depends on the different materials and media), the temperature difference is less than 50℃.
