LX series spiral centrifugal pump adopts a unique twisted spiral blade, and the entire impeller is composed of a spiral part and a centrifugal part.

The former's blades gradually increase in radius along the hub, playing a spiral propulsion role, while the latter is equivalent to the blades of a regular centrifugal pump, producing centrifugal effect.

Correspondingly, the pump casing is also divided into two parts, with the suction cover at the front and the volute chamber at the back.

In order to prevent solid substances from blocking and allowing them to flow out smoothly, a twisted spiral blade is installed in the impeller, which extends axially from the suction port on the conical hub body.

The radius of the blade gradually increases, forming a spiral flow channel.
