Plastic electric diaphragm pump Widely used for suction and discharge all kinds of strong acid, strong alkali, strong corrosive liquid, suction paint, gum, pigment etc.

The motor (A) drives the diaphragm (D) on the left and right ends of the plunger through the gear reducer box (B).

In the left and right pump cavities, equipped with the upper and lower four one-way ball valve (C), diaphragm movement results in changes in the volume of the working chamber, forcing the four one-way ball valve alternately open and closed, so as to continuously suck and discharge liquids.

Pump material: Cast iron, stainless steel, rubber lining, aluminum alloy, motor can be divided into ordinary motor, explosion-proof motor, deceleration motor and electromagnetic speed regulating motor.

Diaphragm: NBR (Nitrile rubber), neoprene rubber, fluorine rubber, F46/PTFE etc.
