R Hot Water Circulation Pump - China

R type hot water circulating pump is a single-stage single-suction and two-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump.

R hot water circulation pump is suitable for metallurgy, power station, chemical industry and other departments to convey high pressure hot water without solid particles below 250℃.

The temperature of hot water is below 250℃ and the inlet pressure of the pump is less than 3MPa.

R type hot water circulation pump is mainly composed of pump body, impeller, shaft, cooling chamber, pump body support, suspension frame, sealing parts, sealing ring, etc.

The pump inlet is horizontal and pump outlet is vertical.

Impeller with static balance test, with the impeller nut with the sleeve is fixed on the shaft, pump shaft by a single row angular contact ball bearings and a single centripetal ball bearings bearing in suspension frame, pump body and the cooling chamber and suspension frame are bolted connection.

The pump is directly driven by a motor through flexible coupling.

Viewed from the driving end, pump is clockwise.

The seal of the pump is sealed by floating sealing ring, or by high temperature and high pressure mechanical seal.

The axial force of the pump is borne by the single row centripetal thrust ball bearing.

Some pumps use the impeller with back blade to balance the axial thrust.

The floating ring sealing part and suspension part are equipped with cooling Chambers, and the external cooling water is 0.3106 m3/h.

Application:

Applicable to metallurgy, power station, plastics, rubber, textile, chemical industry, wood and paper industry etc.

to Convey hot water without solid particles at a temperature below 250℃.

It is also an ideal pump for conveying circulating hot water in various heating devices.

Shaft seal can be for Packing seal or mechanical seal, according to user demand, it can be matched with heat exchanger.
