Horizontal Stainless steel centrifugal chemical pump single stage end suction

IH stainless steel chemical pump is a single stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pump as the energy saving and renewal replacement pump of F type anticorrosion centrifugal pump.

It is widely used for the industrial department of conveying the corrosive liquids without suspended grain or free pollution medium in petroleum, chemical, synthetic fiber, fertilizer, power station, metallurgy, food and medicine etc.

The conveying medium temperature: -20 to 105 degree Celsius.

When the pump adopts the special measurement, it can convey the liquid with up 180 degree Celsius.

The different materials of the pump overflow parts can be selected according to the corrosive degree of the conveyed medium/liquids.

Such as 304, 316, 316L, 402 etc.

22 mechanical lubricant to the bearing before running the pump, add the lubricating oil into the suspended frame till up over 2mm position of the oil level central line.

The large diameter impeller is used with the back vane balance axial strength.

The pump and motor can be connected with the shaft coupling.

Shaft seal can be sealed with the soft filler seal and single face and double-face mechanical seal.

The rotary direction of the pump: Viewed from the motor, the pump rotates clockwise.
