LW/WL sewage vertical pump structure:

LW vertical sewage pump is a single suction volute pump.

The pump is equipped with a non-clogging anti-winding single (double) large channel impeller.

This series pump has two structural types.

One is that the motor and pump direct coaxial and the other is that pump and motor are connected by shaft coupling connection.

The motor adopts the standard vertical motor.

Each structure type has two kinds of base plate connection.

One is the inlet horizontal suction, with corner function, according to the use requirements, the inlet and outlet can be placed into 0°, 90°, 180°, 270°.

It is convenient for pipeline connection, the other is the inlet axial suction for vertical installation.

Pumped liquids (wastewater/dirty water/waste liquids)

LW sewage vertical pump has the unique single (double) channel impeller and the capacity of sewage discharge is strong.

LW sewage pump can effectively pass the fiber with 5 times of pump diameter and solid particles with 50% pump diameter.

Pump material for cast iron and stainless steel.

Application

LW vertical non-blocking sewage pump is widely used for factory business seriously polluted, wastewater emissions of urban sewage treatment plants, sewage station of main housing, water system, civil air defense system drainage stand, waterworks water supply equipment, hospital, hotel of sewage, municipal engineering, construction, mining machine, rural biogas digester, irrigation and other industries.

Handled liquids are for sewage/wastewater containing particles, dirt and it can also be used for water and weak corrosive liquids.

Operation conditions:

Ambient temperature ≤40℃, humidity ≤95%; Altitude ≤1000 m

Liquids temperature: no more than 60℃, medium weight is 1 to 1.3kg/dm3

Cast iron pump: PH5-9, Stainless steel pump：PH10-14 Model explanation:

40 means pump inlet and outlet (40mm)
