Self-priming Performance (Suction height: 4m to 5m)

ZW sewage pump belongs to the self-priming centrifugal pump, which has the advantages of compact structure, convenient operation, stable operation, convenient maintenance, high efficiency, long life and strong self-priming ability.

The pump does not need to install the bottom valve in the pipeline, and only need to keep the quantitative priming fluid stored in the pump body before work.

Therefore, the pipeline system is simplified to improve the working conditions.

Self-priming and sewage discharge

ZW self-priming sewage pump can not only be used as common self-priming pump without bottom valve and irrigation water, but also can suck and discharge large particles of solid and long fiber impurities and non-blocking sewage discharge.

Structure

ZW Self-priming sewage pump adopts the mixed impeller and axial backflow, which can completely replace the WQ and QW submersible sewage pump.

There is the liquid storage chamber inside the pump body, which is communicated with the pump working chamber through the upper reflux hole and the lower circulating hole, forming the axial reflux external mixing system of the pump.

After the pump stops working, the pump cavity has stored a certain volume of liquid, when the pump starts, the pump liquid storage in the role of the impeller, with the air is thrown up, the liquid through the gas-liquid separation tube grid backflow to the working chamber, the gas is discharged the pump body, make the pump to form a certain degree of vacuum, achieve the performance of self-priming.

Application range:

1, install the rocker arm sprinkler head onto ZW pump, and the water can be washed into the air and scattered into small rain spray.

The pump is a good farm, nursery, orchard, garden tools.

2, ZW pump is suitable for water, sea water and chemical medium liquid with acid, alkalinity and with the general density (medium viscosity <100 CPS, solid content up to 30%).

3 ZW pump can be used with the filter press machine to convey the slurry to the filter press machine.

1 - ambient temperature ≤50℃, medium temperature ≤65℃, special requirements can reach 120℃

2 - PH value of the medium cast-iron material is 6-9 - Stainless steel pump 1-14

3 - Particle diameter can be 60% of the pump diameter and the concentration is 5%; Fiber length is generally 3 times the diameter of the pump and the concentration of 3%.

4 - The total impurities in the medium should be less than 15%.

5 - The pump can be used as slurry pump, but the specific gravity of medium shall not exceed 1240kg/m3.

6 - Suction height: 4m to 50m.
