Applying the same range of interchangeable feeder banks and tray handlers, the M10 makes an excellent complement to existing iPulse lines and a highly flexible mounter for the placement of fine pitch and tray feed parts.

The greater PCB handling permits production capability that has never before seen in a compact footprint mounter.

The increased component height and overall component dimension capability expands the range of placeable components, making the M10 one of the most flexible and accomplished machines ever presented from iPulse.

Available in 4 and 6 head configurations, the M10 can be custom tailored to your needs.

A maximum of 72 can be fixed on the feeder banks or on changeable banks of 36 feeders each making a fast and easy change over.

The 36 feeder changeable rear bank can be swapped with a 40 tray changer.

The M10 comes with new standard features such as ‘Force Control Function, ’ allowing adjustment and measurement of the downward force applied to components being placed from 5N to 60N.
