Jyjxc J3000 Type Enhanced Contact Relay With Pole - China

Product Introduction The JYJXC-J3000 type has pole reinforced contact relay is used as a pole-changing relay in the switch circuit.

Features 1 - The relay is designed according to the needs of the bistable circuit in the signal circuit.

Permanent magnets are added to the magnetic circuit system of the relay, so that the relay has two stable states of positioning and reverse due to the different polarity of the current in the coil.

These two stable states can continue to be maintained after the current in the coil disappears.

2 - The use of silver-silver oxidation requires contacts, which has the characteristics of strong anti-adhesion and low contact resistance.

3 - The magnetic circuit adopts electromagnetic pure iron material with small residual magnetism, and a stop piece is installed at the closed position of the armature and the iron core to ensure the minimum air gap of the magnetic circuit, prevent the magnetization of the ferromagnetic parts of the magnetic circuit, and ensure the reliable fall of the relay.

4 - The contact system is composed of ordinary contacts and reinforced contacts.

There are two sets of reverse-position storage contacts, two sets of positioning and reverse-position conversion reinforced contacts with arc-extinguishing magnets.

The reinforced contact of the relay is specially designed for the 0-point switch machine to connect high current.

5 - The relay adopts a bias pole iron core and adds a bias pole magnetic steel to form a permanent magnetic circuit with more symmetrical characteristics.

6 - The rated voltage of the relay is DC 80V.
