Insulation is an abrasion, moisture, heat, and sunlight resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLP).
Copper conductor is also available.

Applications
1 - Sino cables type PV wire is primarily used for interconnection wiring of grounded and ungrounded photovoltaic power systems which do not exceed 2000 volt.

2 - Rated 90℃ for exposed or concealed wiring in wet or dry locations.
3 - Rated for direct burial conduit.
