Diode Module Md3 250 36 C1 - Ukraine

Power rectifier diode module MD3-250-36-C1 in an international standard package, 250A 3600V.

Used to convert DC and AC currents up to 250 ampere, with a frequency of up to 500 Hz on circuits with voltages up to 3600 volt (36 class).

Diode modules MD3-250-36-C1 are in a standard package C1: base dimensions 50x92 mm, housing height – 52 mm, weight – 0.86 kg.

Two-position module is a monolithic construction of two semiconductor diodes: type diode-diode.
