How to test the part? 1 - When we do the wax mould, we will choose 5-10 parts to test the wax shrinkage, and also test the life of toolings.

2 - Before pouring, we will test the material and do the material report.

3 - After Pouring, we will choose 10-20 parts per furnace to do the measurement.

4 - When doing the after treatment, we will measure some of the parts per day.

5 - After after-treatment, we will use testing toolings to test every parts.

6 - Before shippment, we will test 5 parts or the quantity customer want to do the report, and will send the material report and meausrement report together with productions to customer.
