The 30F125 comes in three different flash versions: 30F125F32/64/128, with 32/64/128 KB of flash memory respectively.

The 30F125 is a true System-on-Chip (SoC) solution specifically tailored for IEEE 802.15.4 and ZigBee applications.

It enables ZigBee nodes to be built with very low total bill-of-material costs.

The 30F125 combines the excellent performance of the leading 30F125 RF transceiver with an industry-standard enhanced 8051 MCU, 32/64/128 KB flash memory
