Introduction of Glass fused to steel tank: The steel round (cylindrical) shell of the tank is built from two - layer enameled sheets coated on both sides.

The sheets are attached with special high-grade bolts and sealed by constantly flexible silicone (sealant) .

The surface of connecting material and the shell itself are properly treated.

This is the only tank finish where two materials are fused together to achieve the best of both: the strength and flexibility of the steel combined with the corrosion resistance of the glass.

The high temperature fusion of glass to steel fired at 850 degree results in an inert, durable finish.

Applied to both interior and exterior, the GFS technology is able to withstand the rigorous of the construction site and provide many years of trouble free service in harsh environments.

Advantage of GFS Tank: Short construction period: we install tank with jack and assemble the steel sheet with bolts and sealant one by one, it is fast and easy to do it .

Superior corrosion resistance, service life is more than 30 years : The PH of the steel sheet from 3 – 11, special steel sheet from 1 -14 - Have great corrosion resistantance .

Low project cost : Once the tank is installed, the maintance cost is low and easy and convenient to clean, the manhole will be designed to help cleaning .

Tank volume can be easily expanded : If it is specified before the tank manufacturing that a future expansion is needed, engineer will make the structure suitable for future enlarged capacity.
