For common palm oil refining machine, If you want to get RBD palm oil, four main process will be necessary: degumming, deacidification, decolorization, and deodorization.

But for continous type palm oil refining machine, we designed the palm oil Dry-degumming process Refining method and physical refining method.

1 - Degumming:

Removing the phosphatide by adding hot water, when phosphatide meets hot water, it will become bigger and bigger, then out of tanks.

2 - Deacidification：

Removing the FFA by add caustic soda (for taking neutralization reaction).

3 - Decolorzation:

Remove the pgment by adding bleaching earth andthe remaining bleaching earth will be filtrated by leaf filter.

4 - Deodorization:

Remove the oxide, solid particle and volatide gas.
