Capacity from 10-15m3, used for vinegar mash fermented in rotatory stainless vessel, the vessel rotation can turn over the mash, give mash air and oxygen.

The units are fitted with several units of rotary stainless vessels, spiral chasing, rotary motor, roller ring, steel frame and auto open/off door.

Comparing with traditional vat it saves labor&space, improve working environment, more sanitary, so it’s an innovative product in solid vinegar fermentation.
