Drive pulley

Drive pulley is the main part of belt conveyor for transmission power.

The surface has bare steel surface, herringbone and argyle rubber cover.

Bare bare steel surface can be used for low power, low bandwidth and environmental drying.

Herringbone pattern rubber surface has Large friction coefficient, skid resistance and good drainage, but it has directivity.

The herringbone tip should be in line with the running direction of the conveyor belt when installed.

Rhombic rubber surface is used for two-way conveyor.

Advantage of Conveyor Pulley：

Our pulley adopts advanced providing thick pulley shell which can absorb more stress and also offering advantages such as maximun contact with belt, reducing shaft deformation and stress on the bearing, to ensure proper functioning.

Rubber casting pulley is relatively complicated in process, ensuring the concentricity.

The purpose of casting rubber is to increase the coefficient of friction, making pulley and belt in synchronous operation and improving the overall operation of the conveying system, Its flexible rotation, good structure.

Production detail of pulley drum：

1 - The belt conveyor drum/ pulley is made by large seamless steel.

2 - Use flame cutting machine to precisely cut.

3 - Weld the pulley inner disc with professional welding machine .

4 - Weld the shaft sleeve and disc with the positioner.

5 - Process the outside circle with large drum lathe to guarantee the even wall thickness.

6 - We select #45 round steel and sleeve to ensure the concentricity and reduction for the eccentric shaft force.

7 - Equip the inner bearing enlargement device to avoid bearing damage from beating.
