The router bits are specially designed for industrial CNC applications in a variety of tough, abrasive materials such as particleboard, MDF, veneer, hardwood, plywood and melamine.

The bits are ideal for cutting, jointing and rabbeting in these materials.

Our 3-flute diamond bit features a solid carbide tool body and a short upcut and like our 2 flutes it’s suitable for nesting cuts.

The cutting edges shear toward the center of the material in an up/down angle, to provide a very clean cut on laminated materials.

This bit can be sharpened 6-8 times when used under normal wear conditions.

Applicable Machines: NC or CNC router, or fixed head routers with an auto-feed

Applicable Materials: Raw material, melamine and laminated, particle board, MDF, HPL and veneered panels.
