The operation of sand making plant is as follows: Firstly, the material enters the primary crusher (jaw crusher) for primary crushing.

Then the materials are transported to secondary crusher (cone crusher) by belt conveyor for further crushing.

Then the vibrating screen classifies the materials, and the stones that meet the size standard are sent to the VSI crusher (sand making machine), while the rest are returned for the next round of crushing.

Part of the stones processed by VSI crusher (sand making machine) will be made into sand, which will be washed and become sand products.

The rest will be further crushed by the sand making machine into qualified kinds of sand.

Sand Making Process

The raw material firstly enters the primary crusher (usually jaw crusher) for primary crushing, and then the primary crushed material is transported to the secondary crusher (usually cone crusher, impact crusher) through the belt conveyor.

The vibrating screen is placed after the secondary crusher to screen the crushed materials, and the screened materials that meet the particle size standard are sent to VSI sand making machine for further fine crushing, and the rest of the screened oversized stone materials return to the secondary crusher.

The last step is sand washing to wash away the powder, clay and so on.

With the crushing process, the raw material large material is crushed into industrial qualified size mechanism sand.
