2、Spray tower for absorption of acid mist Working principle: The porous sieve plate exhaust gas scrubbing tower is adopted.

The scrubbing solution will be evenly sprayed to the surface of fillers through nozzles to keep the surface wet when the exhaust gas flows through the filling layer in scrubbing tower, meanwhile, the exhaust gas will contact with the scrubbing solution on fully wetted filling layer, and by utilizing the physical and chemical effects, the pollutants in exhaust gas will be absorbed by the scrubbing solution, thus to realize the purpose of pollutants removal; then, the water saturated gas will be treated in demister to remove extra moisture.

The clean gas after being scrubbed in scrubber and dried can meet certain standards, and can be discharged into the atmosphere.
