The rigidity is HRC58-60 degree, the surface are grinded.

7 - Upper and lower corrugated roller are unit assemblage, the whole corrugated rollers group can be move and quick replacement, to change flute type quickly.

8 - Drive decelerate box adopts oil immersed type lubricating to reduce noise.

9 - Single face lift-lower of upper corrugated roller, pressure roller and gluer roller are controlled by pneumatic control.

10 - Glue parts adopt auto supply glue circularly.

11 - The glue part surface are treated by special mesh snicked and chrome plated.

12 - Glue part can be running independently or non-independently while stopped.

Adopt main motor frequency conversion control.

13 - Bearing of corrugated rollers, and pressure roller adopt high-temperature lubricate grease to keep running smoothly and durably.
