1 - Auto Collation Machine is used for collating the card sheets, it also has the normal overlay / magstripe overlay functions.

This machine reaches the ISO standard.

It helps the banking card (Visa/Master/Union Pay), Social Insurance card to realize the anti-counterfeit and magstripes functions.

2 - This machine is used for collating the 3 sheets (top sheet, inlay, bottom sheet), it could add more sheets if required.

The collating accuracy is ±0.1mm.

3 - This machine applies the high accurate sensors and step system, could correct the sheets' horizontal / vertical positions.

It has the servo system, accurate guide screw, ultrasonic collating design, glue cleaning staion, 500mm roll overlay diameter design, separable power control, auto lift feeding, applying the measure rulers, overlay guiding system and tension control design, warning funtions, thermal detects and so on.

4 - The sheets collation is by the ultrasonic devices.

The overlay is welding by the thermal devices.

5 - This machine is modular design.

The machine could be seperated into the collator, overlay machine and dust remover machine.

6 - The Sheet SizeLength Range：400mm -480mm, Width Range：282mm-452mm.

The Ultrasonic Welding Thickness：0.2-1.0mm.

The capacity is 900-1300 sheets/ hour.
