price: contact company for price

Model: HORNET Series

Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

FEA proven machine structure ensures execellent rigidity and stability, which enables accurate and relibable machining performance.

Description:

High Rigidity Structure: HORNET Series machine is optimized for structural rigidity and high dynamic performance.

The Z-ax wagon adopts box frame structure and wide span roller rails, which ensures proper stability and excellent accuracy under high speed or heavy duty cuttings.

Swivel Head (B-axis): B-axis swivel head with C-axis rotary table enables single set-up for irregular curved surface or complex angle machining tasks, dramatically enhances the productivity.

Rotary Table (C-axis): Maximum workpiece diameter of 640 mm and maximum loading capacity up to 1000 kg.

Transmission System: DD motor powered rotary axes provides excellent accuracy and high speed without backlash.

Linear axes rapid speed up to 30 m/min.

Dual Working Area: Dual-working-area concept allows flexible utilizations of working space.

The set-up of the other work-piece can be done at one area while is on duty, and achieves maximum productivity.

  • Business Description: Chi-Fa Machinery was established in 1976, originated as a knee-type milling machine parts processing factory.

From 1976 to 1992, the company gradually transformed from a processing facility into an OEM assembly provider, achieving a remarkable record of assembling 1,800 units per month—a feat still unsurpassed in Taiwan.

Since 1992, Chi Fa has embarked on producing vertical machining centers under its own brand, steadily developing and expanding its product line to include high-end horizontal machining centers and five-axis machining centers through international collaborations with Japanese engine maker Yasunaga and Italian 5-ax machine maker PFG.

Between 2011 and 2013, Chi-Fa proudly held the top sales position in the drilling and milling machine industry, with a monthly output of approximately 250 units, supplying prominent companies like Green Point and HiP, as well as various upstream and downstream manufacturers of mobile phone casings and other accessories.
