1 - Adopts Siemens PLC programming control and Siemens Servo motor to drive the double screw drive mechanism to ensure high precision of piston stroke and realize accurate filling volume.
2 - Adopts Siemens servo system to drive the filling valve to the bottom position of the bottles to start filling.
With the variable speed lifting function to reduce the foaming and to avoid the material overflowing from the bottles.
3 - Each Filling valve has a separate controller.
The top valve of the filling head will be closed to prevent the material leakage.
