Pipe Stacking Machine

Pipe stacking machine is used to pack the pipes after the pipe production line.

After the pipes are kicked out from the run-out table, this machine can automatically stack the pipes into required shapes, such as hexagon for round pipes, square or rectangle for square and rectangular pipes.

This machine hugely saves labor and improves efficiency.

After the pipes are cut and conveyed through the run-out table:

1, Loading and Counting: Pipes are taken and counted one by one as the set program, then moved to the collected area.

2, Stacking: After counting finishes, the blanking system starts to unload the pipes to the lifting device (moves up and down).

And the pipes are aligned by the double-end aligning device.

After this stacking, the whole bundle of pipes is conveyed into the receiving cart.

3, Transferring: The receiving cart shifts the bundle of pipes out of lifting device

4, Circling: While the bundle of pipes is shifted out, the lifting device comes back to the receiving position and waits for the next bundle’s stacking, which ensures the continuity without any time gap.

5, Bundling: Bundled automatically or manually.

6, Storing: The storing link-way moves the bundle of pipes to the re-collecting area and waits the next bundle.

When the store link-way reaches its largest capacity, all the bundles are transferred to the finished product area by crane.
