1 - Six Roll Diameter-Reducing Machine to Straighten Round Materials
Aiming at the characteristics of round diameter reducing bars, the control system for roll shape and clearance adopts special design, thus the straightened round material’s higher precision, straightness and surface quality can be ensured.
In order to prevent the damage of the noble metal from scratches or collisions, the machine not only adopts anti-scratching protective measures but also adopts elastic feed chute, thus surface defects can be avoided.
2 - Six Roll Precision Tube Straightening Machine
With two beams and eight columns, the RG six roll precision tube straightening machine has high strength and better rigidity.
The six straightening rolls are installed on six small movable beams, the ends of which are connected to columns.
The beams carry pressing and raising rolls to slide along these columns, ensuring high stability.
Equipped with optimized quasi-hyperbolic rolls and scratch proof measures, this straightening machine is designed especially for the precision straightening of thin walled tubes with large diameters.
