2 - Design Conception 1 - Welding torch moves up-down, forward-backward to coordinate with workpiece rotation.

Adopt short-distance push type wire feeding mechanism, to ensure the stability of wire feeding.

2 - Adopt CNC system to control 3-dimension actions of workpiece rotation and welding torch movement in up-down and forward-backward direction.

Welding torch walks out of welding seam path when the arc is burning continuously, to realize the normal welding of fuel tank square seam 3 - Rotation speed is varying with the workpiece rotation position, to make sure the welding linear speed is the same.

4 - In the workpiece rotation process, the distance and angle between welding torch and workpiece does not change.

5 - Welding power source has good performance of arc igniting, arc stabilizing and arc ending, to ensure that the welding seam is even and uniform.
