How Raymond Mill works:

The jaw crusher crushes the large materials to the required particle size, and then is transported by the bucket elevator to the storage hopper, and is evenly and continuously sent to the host for grinding by the vibrating feeder.

The pulverized dust flows from the blower to the classifier.

After being classified, the particles that meet the fineness enter the cyclone separator through the pipeline and are collected and separated there.

They are discharged at the discharge valve and become the finished product; the air flow is sucked into the blower by the return pipe on the top of the cyclone collector.

The entire airflow system is sealed and circulates under positive and negative air pressure.
