The whole bed is welded with steel structure and annealed under stress.

The shaft, sleeve and top are processed by quenching, phosphating with high frequency strictly as the drawing, which makes the equipment have better performance and longer service life.

All imported parts and electrical components are used in the key parts, for example, the linear guide track applies Hiwin, ball screw applies TBI of the world-famous brands; PLC, inverter, encoder, proximity switch are the preferred brand manufacturing.
