1 - Application of the instrument:

The instrument is suitable for elemental analysis, isotope analysis and elemental morphology analysis, can totally meet the analysis needs of environmental protection, food, geology, metals, biological samples, chemical materials and other industries.

2 - Working environment:

2.1 Working temperature: 15-30℃.

2.2 Working humidity: (20~80)%R.H.

2.3 Electrical power: single-phase power supply, 200-240V@50 Hz

3 - Technical part:

3.1 instrument hardware:

3.1.1 The type of ICP-MS: EXPEC 7000

3.1.2 Nebulizer kit: PFA concentric nebulizer kit, optimise the efficiency of nebulization

3.1.3 Spray chamber kit: cyclonic spray chamber kit with TEC cooling, small in size, low memory effect, semiconductor refrigeration devices, temperature can be controlled at about 15-20℃, eliminate the drift produced by environmental factors, improve stability of instrument.

3.1.4 Semi demountable torch kit, convenient replacement and maintenance, no need to dismantle the tube lines in advance.

3.1.5 Visual system of plasma: Real-time observation of plasma with good electromagnetic shielding, real-time monitoring the plasma stage by the workstation software.

3.1.6 Instrument mainframe: ICP part, mass flow meter: plasma gas, auxiliary gas, aerosols.

3.1.7 Vacuum system: workable vacuum degree is required, vacuum time is within 30mins.

After closing the sliding valve, the degree of static interspace vacuum can be kept at <5×10 mbar.

3.1.8 Plasma source: a free-running solid- state RF generator, a frequency of 27.12MHz, frequency stability<±0.01% .

3.1.9 Quadrupole: pure molybdenum quadrupole, the stability can be guaranteed.

3.2.2 Detection limit (ng/L): Be≤3 In≤0.5 U≤0.5

4 - Technical services and training

4.1 After the instrument will be delivered to the buyer, FPI will arrange the engineer for site installation and debugging within 30 days.

4.2 FPI provides onsite training, and the engineers will introduce principle and the structure of the instrument, instrument operation and maintenance.

4.3 The buyer can also send two operators to FPI for technical training.
