1.2343 Steel Characteristics

1 - The toughness of 1.2343 steel is higher than H13 steel.

It needs to heat treatment.

And the hardness of general application is 50-54HRC.

2 - Widely used for the insert parts of the mold.

3 - High hardness and toughness, meeting many requirements of hot work mold steel.

4 - The main components are chromium, molybdenum and vanadium, 1.2343 steel is smelted by the electroslag remelting process.
