according to the application, the following heat treatment processes can be carried out:

1 - annealing

purpose: reduce rigidity and improve machinability.

process parameters: heat the material to 830-860°c, keep it warm for a certain period of time, and slowly cool it to the next step.

effect: reduce the hardness to about 197 hbw.

2 - normalizing

purpose: improve the mechanical properties of the material and refine the grains.

process parameters: heat the material to 870-900°c, keep it warm and cool it in still air.

effect: the radius is about 250 hbw, and the endurance and strength are improved at the same time.

3 - quenching

purpose: obtain a high-strength and high-structure martensitic structure.

process parameters:

heat the material to 830-860°c, keep it warm and quickly quench it into oil for cooling.

optional water quenching to increase thickness, but care should be taken to prevent cracking.

effect: hardness reaches 55-60 hrc.
