Annealing temperature 680~700°C, slow cooling in the furnace, hardness ≤217HBW.

Quenching and tempering specifications

Quenching temperature 830 ~860°C, oil cooling or 180 ~220°C salt bath cooling, hardness 52HRC, strength 1780MPa.
