1.6523 steel (corresponding standard is DIN 20NiCrMo2-2) is a low-carbon alloy carburizing steel, which is widely used in the manufacture of high-demand mechanical parts due to its excellent carburizing performance, high toughness and strength.

This material has good machinability and heat treatment properties, and is suitable for making parts working under high impact and friction conditions.

- Easy to cut and process in the annealed state.
